Candlelighters has been chosen to be the recipient of the May 6th Cinco De Mayo

Apr 11 at 3:38pm - khsdba

Hello Friends, Supporters, and Families,

You are receiving this email because you have been a part of Candlelighters in one way or another. Whether you have been a supporter of one of our programs, or a friend of someone involved with Candlelighters or you are a Candlelighters family, you have been an important part in making Candlelighters succeed in bringing a variety of services to families who have had a child diagnosed with cancer. Your past support has been very much appreciated!

Candlelighters has been chosen to be the recipient of the May 6th Cinco De Mayo run/walk race put on by Terrapin Events. It is very exciting to be chosen for this opportunity to raise funds for our families, but also raise awareness of the mission of Candlelighters. With the decrease in the economy over the last few years it is more important than ever to be so fortunate to be a part of something that will help support our mission of helping families who have or had a child diagnosed with cancer.

We'd like to invite you and any friends you may want to invite, to be a part of this fantastic day by being part of our volunteer crew. Help us make this a success! We are looking for at least 50 volunteers (16 & over) to help support the Cinco De Mayo Run/Walk promoted by Terrapin Events.
This is a great opportunity for High School Students to get in their community hours!

Below you will find important information for volunteering for the Cinco De Mayo Run/Walk. Please consider being a part of this event.
