The 2014 Convention is still a go! We've got a GREAT program so be sure to join us on Friday afternoon and Saturday!!!

Refunds:

We will be issuing ride refunds for all attendees. You will find refund check in your registration packet.

Convention Cancellations:

In order to get a FULL refund, you must notify me BEFORE Sunday January 12th. We have to give the resort a final attendance count on Sunday. You can call or text me at 503-804-2075 or email me at sdas88@aol.com

Snow:

We've only got a few inches of snow and are not able to groom. In addition, during low snow conditions we typically get a lot of 4WD vehicles driving on our trail system which creates dangerous riding conditions.

Should you decide that you'd like to go out with some friends, we will be providing trail maps for all attendees. If the conditions hold up, you "might" be able to do a ride around Timothy Lake. We do not recommend going off the trail due to low snow conditions.

Convention Update:

Friday night is our vendor party from 4pm to 9pm. Free food, music and door prizes

Saturday morning is our general meeting.

Saturday 10am to 4pm is our vendor show. We've got some awesome vendors that you'll really enjoy.

Saturday at 11:00: Roundtable discussion on "How to choose the right snowmobile"

Saturday at 2:00 GPS class. BRING YOUR GPS and learn how to use it!

Saturday evening will be our banquet featuring 2 pro-snowmobile riders. You won't want to miss it. After our speakers we will have our benefit auction.

Extracurricular Activities (for non snowmobiliers):

We are also offering a quilting class on Wednesday. Beginners are welcome. All you need is your own sewing machine and know how to operate it, along with a pair of scissors. Fabric for the top of the quilt is being provided for you as well as the instructor. $39

There are also plenty of quaint little shops and restaurants nearby the resort.

Friday Events:

Some of the dealers said they will be offering demo rides for those people interested in purchasing a new sled. You will have to contact them directly to schedule this.
